1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PalletPals ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.

2. About PalletPals

PalletPals provides an online marketplace and communication platform that helps buyers reconnect with liquidation pallets, merchandise, and related inventory. PalletPals does not own, inspect, verify, guarantee, or control any inventory listed or discussed by users. Transactions occur solely between users.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain secure passwords.
• Keep account information current.
• Not create multiple fraudulent accounts.
• Not impersonate another person.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Commit fraud
• Spam other users
• Harass users
• Upload malware
• Post illegal products
• Sell stolen merchandise
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Misrepresent inventory
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Violate any applicable laws

Violation may result in permanent suspension.

5. Listings and Marketplace

PalletPals does not guarantee accuracy of listings, condition of merchandise, authenticity, availability, pricing, shipment, or delivery. Users assume all risk when purchasing or communicating with other users.

6. Messaging

Users may communicate through the platform. Messages may be retained for security, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance. Spam or abusive messages may be removed.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PalletPals does not store complete payment card information. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of photos, listings, messages, reviews, and other submitted content. By uploading content, users grant PalletPals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The PalletPals logo, brand, software, website, design, graphics, text, and code belong exclusively to PalletPals. No content may be copied without written permission.

10. Account Suspension

PalletPals may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. No refund is guaranteed for terminated accounts.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. PalletPals does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalletPals shall not be liable for lost profits, lost inventory, business interruption, indirect damages, disputes between users, shipping problems, or third-party actions.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PalletPals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from their use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. When the Terms are materially updated, you may be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the Service.
